Cohen’s Drywall & Painting provides drywall installation, repair, finishing, and painting services in Moncks Corner, Summerville, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Goose Creek, Nexton, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you share with us. Final costs may vary if project scope, materials, or conditions change. Written approval may be required before additional work is performed.
Payment terms will be discussed before work begins. Deposits may be required for certain projects. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. While we make every effort to ensure long-lasting results, we cannot guarantee performance in areas impacted by factors outside our control such as water damage, structural issues, or improper maintenance.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, disclosing relevant project details, and ensuring pets, valuables, and personal items are secured during service.
Cohen’s Drywall & Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
We understand that schedules may change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Projects canceled without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
